Challenge

In a world of conventions, how do you make yours stand out? That was the challenge brought forth by the annual Wine & Spirits Wholesalers convention, where Cross Tier Creative teamed up with Odyssey Creative and Production Resource Group (PRG) to create a powerful experience that attendees could see, feel, and remember forever.

Solution

Mirroring the soft curves of both wine and spirit bottles, our team and partners leveraged the latest technology of curved LED screens for an immersive and interactive general session. The content we brought to the integrated screens included a dynamic blend of Vegas-themed show graphics, grand storytelling, and a few transitional "wow" moments that evoked emotions and engaged the audience on a deeper level.

Campaign

"Immerse, Engage, Inspire." With these campaign words, the curved LED screen served as the event's centerpiece, showcasing product imagery, brand videos, and opportunities for audience engagement. Bringing the audience from general session loops into a world of James Bond/Casino Royale-inspired sequences (as one example), we made it possible for attendees to enjoy an entirely new kind of convention.

The curved LED screen was a resounding success, exceeding the client's expectations with both attendee engagement and brand impact.
